The Mindfulness of Breathing is a Buddhist meditation exercise that aims to create awareness of one's breathing. It is a form of samatha meditation -- which means meditation that calms the mind, in contrast with vipassana (insight) meditation, which aims at developing awareness of the nature of reality.

Instructions are in the podcast. Just to remind you:

Stage 1 involves counting to 10 on the in-breath.
Stage 2: count to 10 on the out-breath.
Stage 3: drop the count; focus on the breath.
Stage 4: focus on points of entry/exit of the breath.
